MUSE
Flat-pack stool.

The Muse flat-pack stool is designed for easy transport and simple, tool-free assembly. Inspired by the grid design in Module Grid House by Tetsuo Yamaji Architects, it uses clean interlocking connections rather than glue or screws. Crafted from walnut and maple wood, each piece is hand-shaped in the woodshop, primarily with a table saw.

Its grid structure and three triangular legs evenly distribute weight, allowing the stool to support up to 160 pounds. Every rectangular plank is walnut on one side and maple on the other, creating varied visual combinations from all angles. The result is a durable, functional, and visually versatile piece of furniture.
