This video is a performance art documentary centered around the process of painting a medium-sized canvas. The primary focus is on spontaneity and instinct, experimenting with various techniques and styles such as blindfolded painting, using a card, throwing paint-filled water balloons, and painting with the top part of a champagne glass. These techniques led to unexpected surprises and unique manipulations of the painting, with each layer building upon the previous ones until the artwork felt complete.

The process began with the challenge of painting the canvas while blindfolded, relinquishing control and surrendering to the intuitive flow of creativity. Often striving for “flawlessness” in artworks can hinder the organic process of creating. This approach facilitated following the flow and letting go of perfectionist tendencies.

During the performance, dressing in all white served as a visual representation of the time and transformation that took place. The clothes became stained and spattered with paint over time, highlighting the spontaneous nature of the performance. Similar to the blood left behind after a boxing match, the paint stains serve as a visual reminder of the physical and emotional intensity of the performance.
